At this stage of operations, EKOHAB has not appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer. Privacy requests are handled directly by authorized organizational representatives.

This policy applies exclusively to personal data processed through the website ekohab.mk.

It applies to contact form submissions and technical access data generated by normal hosting operations.

This policy does not govern data processing on chisto.mk or other EKOHAB digital products, each of which will publish its own policy when applicable.

This policy also does not cover third-party websites linked from ekohab.mk.

We collect personal data that you provide voluntarily when using the contact form:

• full name

• email address

• subject line

• message content

We also receive limited technical information automatically through hosting infrastructure logs:

• IP address

• browser type and version

• operating system

• referring URL

• access timestamp and request metadata

Where applicable under GDPR, we process personal data under Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests, including responding to inquiries and maintaining secure and reliable website operations.

When you voluntarily submit the contact form, processing is also based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a).

Technical server logs are processed under legitimate interest for security, abuse prevention, and service continuity.

Personal data is used only for legitimate organizational operations, including:

We share personal data only with service providers strictly required to operate the website and deliver contact messages.

These categories include hosting/infrastructure providers and transactional email delivery providers.

We do not disclose personal data to marketing networks or unrelated third parties.

Due to infrastructure architecture, personal data may be processed outside Macedonia, including within the EU and the United States.

Contact form submissions are retained in the organizational mailbox for up to 24 months from receipt.

Technical access logs are retained according to hosting provider operational retention periods (typically up to 30 days, unless security events require longer retention).

Data is deleted or minimized once no longer required for the stated processing purpose.

EKOHAB does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling under Article 22 GDPR that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals.

ekohab.mk is not directed to children under 16 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child submitted personal data, they may contact info@ekohab.mk and we will remove such data without undue delay.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.

Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of ekohab.mk after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
